COMPANY HISTORY The Caribbean Sunshine Bakery and Restaurant began operation in 1992 with three family members in a little shop at 6922 Silver Star Road. By 1993 it became a �one man� operation that was well known throughout the Pine Hills community. A second location was opened in 1999 at 2528 W. Colonial Drive to accommodate more of Central Florida�s Caribbean-American community. Five years later, through dedication and insight, another location was opened at 4863 W. Colonial Drive
